Analytica Consulting Joins Imagenet, Expanding the Reach of Its Data, Analytics and AI Expertise

Imagenet Analytica Consulting Acquisition

Analytica Consulting has joined Imagenet, a technology-forward healthcare operations partner that has served healthcare payers for more than 25 years.

By joining Imagenet, Analytica Consulting brings its expertise in data engineering, analytics, artificial intelligence, data science, visualization and data governance together with Imagenet’s healthcare domain expertise, technology, intelligent automation and operational services. Together, the organizations see an opportunity to combine operational expertise with deeper data intelligence to help clients make better decisions, improve performance and drive more measurable outcomes.

For Analytica Consulting, joining Imagenet marks an important next chapter and an opportunity to build on the expertise, client relationships and capabilities the company has developed over the past decade. Analytica Consulting will continue serving its existing clients and delivering its current services, while its data, analytics and AI capabilities will also support Imagenet’s broader technology and data strategy. Over time, the organizations will identify additional opportunities to extend these capabilities across Imagenet’s healthcare business.

“Joining Imagenet creates an exciting opportunity to build on what our team has developed over the past decade while expanding the reach and impact of our capabilities,” said Jun Lee, Managing Director of Analytica Consulting. “Imagenet brings deep healthcare expertise, technology and operational scale that complements our strengths in data, analytics and AI. We’re excited about what our teams can accomplish together for our clients!”

Imagenet brings more than 25 years of experience supporting critical healthcare payer operations. The company combines advanced technology, intelligent automation and payer operations expertise across Digital Mailroom, Claims Adjudication, Member Communications and Contact Center solutions. The addition of Analytica Consulting expands Imagenet’s data and AI capabilities while adding specialized expertise that complements those existing technology and operational services.

“Healthcare organizations are generating tremendous amounts of operational data, but the real opportunity is turning that data into actionable intelligence,” said Greg Carnes, CEO of Imagenet. “Analytica Consulting brings deep expertise in data engineering, analytics and AI that complements the work we are already doing across Imagenet. By bringing our organizations together, we have an opportunity to help clients gain greater insight from their operations and use data and technology to make better decisions, improve performance and drive meaningful outcomes.”

The transaction supports Imagenet’s continued evolution as a broader technology and solutions partner for healthcare payers while creating new opportunities to expand the reach and impact of Analytica Consulting’s data, analytics and AI expertise.

The transaction closed on August 21, 2026. Financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
